At Illuminate Care, we provide more than just services — we offer safe, nurturing, and empowering spaces where children and young people can heal, grow, and thrive. Whether through our residential homes, supported accommodation, or therapeutic education, everything we do is built on the belief that love, consistency, and connection can transform lives.

We specialise in supporting young people aged 8 to 18, many of whom have experienced trauma, disrupted attachments, or exclusion from mainstream settings. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed practice, relationship-led care, and bespoke support, tailored to meet each young person's individual journey and aspirations.

With TCI-trained staff, CPD-accredited development, and a love-led ethos, we work side-by-side with young people, helping them build self-belief, life skills, and hope for the future.
